Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation
The Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation (PHDC) is a community development corporation with no geographic
boundaries, focusing on racial equity in the Pittsburgh
metropolitan area. We are dedicated to improving the lives of
Hispanics in the region, increasing the Hispanic population,
supporting existing and new Hispanic businesses, and increasing Hispanic investment in the region.

Ayúdate
Ayúdate’s mission is to increase the accessibility of mental health resources in Spanish via telehealth to the underserved Hispanic population of PA, by creating a virtual community of bilingual and culturally competent therapists willing to work together towards the betterment of the community.

Casa San Jose
In 2014, Casa San José evolved into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with an independent board, strengthening its ability to fulfill its mission. In 2018, Monica Ruiz became the Executive Director, and under her leadership, the organization experienced exponential growth. Today, Casa San José operates with a dedicated team of 35 staff members and over 100 active volunteers, continuing its mission to empower and uplift the Latino community. Casa San José has key programs in areas such as social & basic needs services, community health & wellness, education & professional development, youth development, and advocacy & organizing.

Radio Las Palmas
Radio Las Palmas is a Spanish-language alternative media outlet and radio station in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Launched as a digital stream in 2023, it expanded in October 2024 through a partnership with Steel City Media to broadcast on 92.9 WLTJ-HD2. It serves the region's growing Hispanic community from a studio based in Pittsburgh’s Beechview neighborhood.

Pittsburgh Latino Magazine
Pittsburgh Latino Magazine is the only bilingual publication dedicated exclusively to telling the stories of the Latino community in Western Pennsylvania. Through inspiring stories, business features, and local news we highlight the people and organizations making a positive impact across the region. We are proud to partner with La Promesa Foundation in supporting opportunities that empower the next generation of Latino leaders.

The Latino Community Center (LCC) is a non-profit organization in the Greater Pittsburgh area dedicated to empowering, advocating for, and celebrating the local Latino community. Founded in 2017 by Rosamaria Cristello, the organization provides educational programs, family support, and community development from its headquarters in East Liberty.

We build community capacity to respond lawfully and effectively to immigration enforcement through rapid response training, organizer development, and strong local and national partnerships. Our work equips everyday people—neighbors, faith leaders, workers, and organizers—with the tools to witness, document, accompany, and protect one another when dignity is under threat.

Our mission is to provide an inclusive, safe space for Latina women in Pittsburgh, PA.
